There's some very hard lessons to be learned here,and as the "beneficiaries" of these lessons, we really should not let them go UN noticed.

1.All leaders are temporary and no part of an organization should be allowed to be built around the foundation of one individual.An UN replaceable leader(Hale)leaves a vacuum that often is to large to fill and can cause the organization to fall from within.A good leader constantly and continually prepares for his absence at all times.

2.Real experienced leaders never act alone and generally should take time to make decisions with teams of long term advisor's.

3.The fact that you don't trust anyone ,means nothing for security.

4.The smartest among us is just a venerable as the least enlightened.

5.Knowledge of the law is no defense.

6.Passion and education are still limiting factors in any movement.A wider focus needs to be addressed.That's where multiple leaders function best.

7.WCOTC will now need to function in a different venue and form.Same principals but with a different identity.

8.Names and symbols are ephemeral and should never be maintained at the cost of advancement.

9.White Nationalism is generally seen by the public today in the 21 century as a type of terrorist enterprise,associated with criminals,political misfits and mental defectives.It should be our aim to correct this and NOT to further it.

10.Anyone is accessible to investigation,arrest and convection based purely on circumstantial evidence and can expect no support from others.

I did read the pdf. I bet you didnt. It clearly shows that Hale was being set up, but infact HE DID TAKE THE BAIT. He intended to have this informant cause harm to those people, while trying to create plausible deniability to insulate himself.

I read what Matt Hale said, there was no case, the person who offered to kill the judge could certainly be arrested, all Matt Hale said was, in a DISMISSIVE TONE, 'ohh, well, do what you gotta do", in response to the offer to 'kill a rat'. Who knows what he was even talking about, a judge? a rat?

What I want to know is why Matt Hale acted as his own attorney in this appeal. Didn't Edgar J. Steele say, sometime back, that he was going to represent Hale at his appeal? If so, what happened to that?

I think sadly that part of the conversation may have helped convict Matt Hale:( But by saying “If you wish to, ah, do anything yourself, you can, you know?” I fail too see how that is incitement to murder. The definition of “Anything” is as follows - Any object, occurrence, or matter whatever.

Appeals Court Upholds Matt Hale Conviction

CHICAGO (AP) -- An appeals court has upheld a white supremacist's conviction for soliciting the murder of a federal judge and his 40-year sentence.

The court today brushed aside Matthew Hale's claim that he had repeatedly said that he wanted nothing to do with the crime.

In a 30-page opinion, a three-judge panel of the Seventh U.S. Circuit of Appeals refused to overturn Hale's 2004 conviction on charges of soliciting the murder of U.S. District Judge Joan Humphrey Lefkow. And the panel also turned down his request for a reduced sentence.
